Emma is an experienced Virtual Assistant who has been supporting The Busi Bee behind the scenes since November 2025.

A mum of two with over 15 years’ experience in the insurance sector, Emma brings a calm, organised and proactive approach to everything she does. Her strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities ensures nothing is missed.

With experience spanning diary and inbox management, client communication and social media scheduling, Emma helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.

She is passionate about supporting business owners by taking care of the detail, giving them the time and headspace to focus on growth.

Fun fact about Emma: I swam with turtles and manta rays in Barbados, an experience I’ll never forget.

Leanne Moss – Virtual Assistant Associate.

With over 10 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, Leanne brings a strong understanding of fast-paced, detail-driven environments.
